| ¡¡¡¡ ball mill, is a cylindrical device used in grinding (or mixing) materials like ores, chemicals, ceramic raw materials and paints. Ball mills rotate around a horizontal axis, partially filled with the material to be ground plus the grinding medium. Different materials are used as media, including ceramic balls, flint pebbles and stainless steel balls. An internal cascading effect reduces the material to a fine powder. Industrial ball mills can operate continuously, fed at one end and discharged at the other end. The grinding works on principle of critical speed. The critical speed can be understood as that speed after which the steel balls (which are responsible for the grinding of particles) start rotating along the direction of the cylindrical device; thus causing no further grinding. |

The processing procedure is doing on the slant bed, and the mine granulariry are input from the feeding groove, and horizontal flushing water is added in the feeding groove, therefore, with the effect of gravity, horizontal flushing force, as well as the inertia and frictional force that caused by the unbalance of table bed, the mineral granularity move breadthwise, different density and granularity will move from A to B (as per the map), so the fine mine, semi¡ªprocessing mine and the tailings will be discharged from the different areas.
According to different feeding position, and table concentrators are divided into right¡ªtable concentrator and left¡ªtable concentrator, and the feeding equipment is on the rifht of the table concentrator(the former); and the feeding equipment is on the left of the table concentrator(the later).
