●Commitment of Technology and After-Service
Installation, commissioning and technical training: We will send 1 ~ 2 technical staff to the factory of the buyer to guide the installation, commissioning and train the operation and maintenance staff for free, and to answer technical questions raised by the buyer. We will provide the buyer with scheduled plan of installation, commissioning trial operation and construction operations. We ensure the buyer that the equipment will be put in use in the shortest time and work normally.
（2）Maintenance Services: Our product quality guarantee lasts 12 months after the final acceptance. We will provide free advisory services (for all day) if the equipment goes wrong in the period of the warranty. And if the equipment is at fault during the use, regardless of any failure for any reason, we will send the technical staff to the scene at the first time (24 hours) to ensure a timely repair and reduce the economic losses to a minimum. If it is the quality problem, we will replace defective parts without any charge.
（3）Post-warranty services: we will keep a close watch on the produce we have sold by telephone or going to visit the factory. We will send technical staff to learn the use of our products at least twice a year, and do some necessary maintenance and repair and solve the customers' problem at the site.
●Commitment about Delivery Time
Our company will deliver the goods strictly according to the time we promised in the tender document. If we deliver the goods late because of our own reasons, we are willing to assume liability for the breach of contract。
