    machinery mixing flotation machineis mainly composed of a flotation unit formed by two flotation chutes¡£an impeller on the bottom of the principal axis and a belt pulley on the top, an inlet pipe, a valve, a cover plate, a barrel of air (standpipe), a feeding pipe, a middling returner, a bar and so on.
    machinery mixing flotation machineworking principle:the feeding pipe puts the ore slurry to the center of the cover plate. The centrifugal force generated by the turning of the impeller kicks the slurry off. And the negative pressure comes into being between the impeller and cover plate. Thus the air is forced into the machine by the inlet pipe. The floatation machine fully mixes the slurry and air by the strong force of the impeller, and cuts the air stream into many small air bubbles.
    machinery mixing flotation machineis mainly used in ore-dressing practice such as the rough concentration, fine concentration, scavenging and invert selection of nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, non-metal ores and so on£¬but it is not suitable for the rough concentration and scavenging of the large-sized flotation plant. 		mixing flotation machine
